I know that the second generation Zune players are still not bluetooth enabled, but is there a third party bluetooth adapter that is compatable with the Zune? There are a few for the iPod, but from what I can tell, these only work with the iPod. Thanks for your help.

No, at the moment there are no bluetooth accessories/adapters for the Zune 2. It is still fairly new and many vendors have not created accessories yet. Once the Zune 2 spikes in popularity many vendors will start producing more accessories.
In regards to your second question:
Any iPod accessory is NOT compatible with the Zune. Both connectors are different and not compatible with each other.
