wiring punishers?

    I just built couple of punishers. (first speakers I've ever built)

    not really sure about the wiring..

    best wire to use?
    right speakon connector? (4 or 2 pin)
    wiring diagram?
    solder or crimps?
    best place to drill hole for wire to go through?

    any help will do. Thanks.

    teeth [lets just say hahahahahaha]
