Which head unit would be best?

    i am getting a head unit for christmas and i don't know which one to choose. i like all of them but i also know NOTHING about a stereo. here are the ones i am stuck between:

    which would you choose and why?

    pro and cons of any/each???

    the 5th one is just a digital media receiver (no cd player) but that's not a problem because i will be only using an ipod with it.
    i think i am mainly leaning towards the 1st one....but im not sure!

    RUB has alot to learn about head units, Kenwood is a nice choice but there is better. The Sony I am having trouble why you are even considering anything made by them since their car audio products suck. The best sounding head unit you have listed is the Alpine, any and all of their head units sound fantastic. You will not go wrong by getting the Alpine.
