There are so many different USB cables so I'm just curious as to what the specific name of a USB cable is that can be used to connect a Headunit to Flash Drive.
This would be for the headunit's that have a USB port on them.

you're probably thinking about a USB Male A to Female A cable:
USB A male to female
usually depends on the brand name that would determine what the end that goes behind the head unit. But on the end that hooks to your usb drive would be the Female A end
