toOpS03 Bluetooth USB Adapter wont run???

    I bought a Bluesoleil USB Adapter (ES-388 V2.0) and installed the software on my Windows Vista Computer. When I run Bluesoliel my computer completely crashes so I have to run it in safe mode and uninstall the software. How can I fix this problem???
