..2 Kicker L7 12" dual 4 ohm. Right now I am running a Boston GT-42 and its in the 140's-- but only really using half the woofers power. I was thinking about a Treo SSX 1400.1 possibly. I do want something that will be real clean sounding and of high quality of course. I am trying to stay around the $1,000 range if possible. I DO have a Kinetik hc1800 in the trunk too What should I get?

well i'm guessing thats there max wattage unless your getting w7's or another 600$ sub so you have to look at the speakers ohm's and rms wattage we can better answer this question

now if that is the subs rms wattage the get 2 amps one for the 10's and one for the 12's although most people would frown apon running 10's and 12's in one car due to cancelation of the subs also you should get the amps profecinaly tuned, with that said 2 1channel mono block class d amps like the sundown saz would do the job fine .

I really don't know why other than people seem to get wood at the mere mention of an SD amp. 570 shipped from soundsolutionsaudio.com
