IVA-W505 Problem

    I just purchased the alpine IVA-W505 headunit and had it professionaly installed but i have noticed a few problems and was wondering if anyone could help me out. I cant view any dvds it plays them as a track like i can hear the dvd playing but i cant see it it just reads it as a track and the second thing there is no general setup option, only audio setup so i cant change the time or anything.

    the video wire I can't remember what color it is pretty much take a toggle switch and hook that to that wire and a ground and flip the switch a few time and u should have video.
