My ipod (classic) was formatted on a mac and when i clicked 'restore' so i could use it on windows xp this error message comes up :-
"There was a problem downloading the software for the iPod "iPod". An unkown error occured (-23)."
I've tried clicking "restore" with the ipod in disc mode as well as updating itunes and none of this worked 
PLEASE help, im clueless and i have no idea what's wrong or how to fix it.
