CD Error" After USA Spec iPod Install

    Ive got a 2004 S60R with a HU-803 head unit. I installed the USA Spec iPod interface and it works great but when I try to play CD's it just says CD Error and wont let me eject the CD. Is there a way to reset/fix this?
