Hello guys,I wish to acquire information about the possibilities of transmitting 3gp video files to multiple bluetooth devices (mobile phones). The situation is at motor biking festival. I want to send updated 3gp video clips of the days racing to the crowd. I have read that it has been done at a snowboarding event in France.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

ian053189, the service you require can be achieved if your users a) have their bluetooth activated and also they are within 50-100 metres of a transmitter.

Do you mean you want to send 3gp files to different mobile phones at the same time? I haven't tried that... I've only tried sending multiple files to a single recipient.

Hi there,we are currently working on a similar project and our goal is to set up a wireless Bluetooth transmitter to continuously provide information to the attendees of our events. Have you been able to set it up?
If yes could you share with us how you did it?
    Thanks in advance.

Well... Can't your phone just add all of the recipients just like a group message.

Try using a satellite that would receive anything that your blue tooth transmit.

Satellite may be a solution but I don't think you need that in order to have a good reception of signals.

Maybe they just happen to be farther from you... Oh and yes, a satellite would be helpful.

As for me no. You could have a chance of using a satellite just like what the others here have said. Videos are large files and requires a lot of bandwidth as far as I know. Good luck though.

If it was done in a snowboarding event in France then I guess they used a special device for it. If I we're you I'd made a research about that.
