Yes there are times that a bluetooth is not dependable. I also experienced that when connecting cp to computer and even cp to cp. They say sometimes devices are not compatible. Don't worry, you're not alone with that problem.

Bluetooth can be dependable if you have quality devices. I have had a lot of success using bluetooth.

    lucky_witch, What is a cp?

Yeah, and not all device are compatible with bluetooth. Some work and some not, and sometimes you won't understand the reason.

Depends if you have quality devices or, if you're doing the right way to be connected. Trust me, the latter is usually the main problem.

That's natural when you're using blue tooth. Can't say really whenever or wherever will there be weak signals for it. You could use aux input if you want to though.

As for me, I always have my aux. Its normal for a blue tooth to lost connection sometimes unlike aux.

Oh well. There are really places where signals are weak. Can't really say whenever your bluetooth suddenly won't work.

I also have the same problem. Judging by some of what I've read here it seems it is normal to happen for a bluetooth device. Still, its cooler than an aux.

Bluetooth uses a radio technology called frequency-hopping spread spectrum, which chops up the data being sent and transmits chunks of it on up to 79 frequencies. In its basic mode, the modulation is Gaussian frequency-shift keying (GFSK). It can achieve a gross data rate of 1 Mb/s. Bluetooth provides a way to connect and exchange information between devices such as mobile phones, telephones, laptops, personal computers, printers, Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers, digital cameras, and video game consoles through a secure, globally unlicensed Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) 2.4 GHz short-range radio frequency bandwidth. The Bluetooth specifications are developed and licensed by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG). The Bluetooth SIG consists of companies in the areas of telecommunication, computing, networking, and consumer electronics.
